A Word About Our Partnerships

The Threshold, Inc., Lutheran Social Services and Trinity Lutheran Church...have joined resources in a unique partnership to provide West Bend area adults with quality day services.  At our Trinity Center, The Threshold and LSS will work together to provide professional, individualized care to adults needing daytime assistance.

Whether living with physical and/or developmental disabilities, dementia, mental illness, or other age-related conditions, adults will receive the daytime care they need...without traveling far from home.  The program is designed to provide adults with a stimulating, comfortable, and supportive environment while allowing caregivers the precious time they need to work, run errands, and relax...with the peace of mind of knowing their loved one is safe, well cared for, and making the most of their day.

Services include: Delicious and nutritious lunches and snacks; daily group exercise sessions; convenient transportation; professional medication and health management services; personal care assistance; and hobby, craft, gardening, educational, and outing activities.  All of these are included within the state-of-the-art facilities at Trinity.  Read More...

Ichthus Counseling and Trinity Lutheran Church…

Have joined together to provide a beautiful new counseling office at Trinity.  The Christian therapists of Ichthus Counseling are state-certified and providers for numerous insurance and managed care health networks.  They have additional training in solution-focused therapy, which is change-oriented and goal focused.

Areas of expertise include: enriching marriages and relationships; alleviating depression and anxiety; effective, joy filled parenting; guiding healthy adolescent and child behavior; healing through hypnosis; making the retirement adjustment; healthy competition through sports psychology; freedom from chemical dependency; living with chronic illness; and breaking the cycle of physical, sexual and emotional abuse.  Read More...

Housing Support Services and Trinity Lutheran Church…

Have joined together to provide a transitional house for individuals and families making the adjustment to healthy and stable living situations.  In the Trinity house, three apartments are available...from one bedroom to three bedrooms.

Salvation Army and Trinity Lutheran Church…

Have joined together to provide office space for Housing Support Services, and emergency shelter for the Salvation Army… and an additional one bedroom apartment for transitional housing.
